CLAY HILL FARM PASTURE-RAISED PORK

LONG & LEAN PIGS
In addition to Black Angus beef, Clay Hill Farm raises long and lean hybrid piglets out of Pennsylvania. These pigs perform well outdoors on pasture and produce high quality, leaner, flavorful meats.

PASTURE RAISED 
Our pigs are rotated on to fresh pasture every 4-7 days. Their diet is supplemented on a daily basis with a non-organic, non-GMO pig mash from Green Mountain Feeds

The pigs are processed at PT Farm, a nearby USDA-approved processing facility in New Hampshire. The hams and bacons are smoked at Green Mountain Smokehouse in Windsor, VT. Our meats are antibiotic, artificial hormone and GMO-free.

HOW TO PURCHASE ALL-NATURAL NON-GMO CLAY HILL FARM PORK
Our all-natural pork is available as half or whole pigs. Processed in late fall, pigs average 260 lbs. hanging weight. Like our beef, pork tends to sell out quickly so pre-orders are recommended and require a $100 deposit. Pick up is available at the farm or delivery can be arranged.
