FREEZER BEEF PACKAGES

$100 deposit required per quarter, half or whole beef ordered

Freezer beef is $4.25 per lb. hanging weight. Trimmed weight ranges from $6.35-$6.45 per lb. Whole carcasses average 600 lbs hanging weight which averages 400 lbs. trimmed weight. Final cost of packages will be based on actual trimmed weight. Clay Hill Farm’s hanging carcass price reflects a $1.15 difference between the average hanging carcass price quoted for Vermont Grass-Fed beef at $5.40 lb. in Agriview, January 2017. Meats are cryovaced to ensure they stay fresher longer. If interested in an Eighth Beef consider partnering with a friend to split a quarter.

FREEZER PORK PACKAGES

$100 deposit required on half and whole pigs.

Freezer pork is sold at $5.00 per lb. hanging weight. Trimmed weight is $7.43 lb. Whole carcasses average 220 lbs. hanging weight, which averages 148 lbs. trimmed weight. Final cost of packages will be based on actual weight. Prices include the cost of smoking of hams and bacon at Green Mountain Smokehouse in Windsor, VT. Meats are cryovaced to ensure they stay fresher longer.

FROZEN GROUND BEEF & STEAK

Please call for availability. Full amount due when orders are picked up at the farm.

Ground Beef – $6 per lb, $5.50 for 10 lbs or more

Steak - $9.99 per lb- 10 lb. minimum

Order early for optimum availability. Orders are filled on a first-come first- served basis, according to supply. Early orders will help to ensure delivery dates of your choice.

DEPOSITS

Orders will be confirmed when deposits have been received. Deposits are non-refundable. Guy will call to confirm orders and follow up on custom cutting of whole and half beef or pig orders, ready dates, and pick up arrangements.

PICK-UP & DELIVERY
Meat packages can be picked-up at the farm when ready. Delivery arrangements can also be made. Please note: Clay Hill Farm does not ship meat packages.
