PASTURE RAISED, ALL NATURAL, GMO-FREE MEATS
CORN-FINISHED BEEF & HERITAGE BREED PORK
After renovating the former dairy farm and 1768 farmhouse on Clay Hill Road in Hartland, Vermont, Guy Crosby started raising Angus cattle in the early 1990s. From feed primarily grown on the farm, Clay Hill Farm produces tasty and tender grass-fed, corn-finished beef and pastured-raised pork. Spring through fall the herd is rotated on a well-maintained pasture system. Fall weanlings are put on a high protein grass ration, non-GMO corn silage and a mix of non-GMO cracked corn and soy to promote growth during the winter months. Sixteen to twenty month old cattle are processed on demand at PT Farm, a USDA-inspected facility in nearby New Hampshire. Clay Hill Farm sells whole, half and quarter animals, frozen meat packages, and top-quality steaks and ground beef. Our animals are humanely raised and our delicious meats are free of antibiotics, artificial hormones and genetically modified organisms.
